Overview
At Classic Football, we take pride in every order we ship. All return and refund requests must be submitted after the product has been physically delivered to your address. We do not process pre-delivery claims. If you have already placed your order and have a tracking number, you may initiate a return request once your package has arrived.
Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- In the same condition as received — unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- With all original tags still attached.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at info@classicfootball.com with the following information:
- Your full name and order number.
- Your tracking number confirming delivery.
- The reason for your return request.
We will review your request and, if approved, send you full instructions on how and where to send your package. Do not send any items back before receiving written authorization from our team — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Shipping Costs
- Return to warehouse: The cost of shipping the item back to our facility is the customer's responsibility.
- Replacement shipment: If you choose to receive the same item, Classic Football will cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement to your address.
- Refund option: If you prefer a monetary refund, the original outbound shipping cost paid by Classic Football will be deducted from your refund total.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@classicfootball.com with photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and work to resolve it as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.
Undelivered Packages
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please note that our return and refund policy applies only to items that have been physically delivered to your address. We recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number to investigate. If you purchased shipping protection at checkout, please reach out to our team for further assistance.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Classic Football is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout. Please review your shipping details carefully before completing your purchase. If a failed delivery results in the package being returned to our warehouse, a restocking fee of USD $10.00 will apply.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or customized jerseys
- Items returned without prior authorization

Exchanges
We accept exchanges on eligible items within the 30-day window. To request an exchange, contact us at info@classicfootball.com with your order details and the item you would like in exchange. An exchange fee of USD $15.00 per item applies to all exchange requests.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days and issued to your original payment method.
Please keep in mind that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the amount to your account. If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@classicfootball.com.
